November 2018 Residential Market Statistics

November 2018 Residential Statistics are in! On average, unit sales are down across the Niagara and Hamilton regions, but prices have risen ever-so slightly. With 3.3 months of inventory, we are nearing a balanced market. St Catharines had a 10.9% decrease in unit sales and a 6.3% increase in average sale price. Niagara on the Lake, Niagara Falls, Thorold, Pelham, Welland, Port Colborne, Lincoln, West Lincoln, Dunnville, Hamilton, Ancaster and Stoney Creek all had a decrease in unit sales, but increase in average sale price.
