Royal LePage Niagara Fall Food Drive

Downtown Office Grand Opening!

The Summer Momentum Continues

Over 50% of the reported units sold were in the $200,000 to $400,000 price range & 12.7% of the sales were for homes priced above $400,000. Average sale prices  year to date are up 6% for the Niagara region with Stoney Creek & Grimsby showing increases of 10% & 11.4% . July Real Estate Report is Now Available

The Market Amazes in July Real Estate Report Sales activity of single family residential homes in the Niagara Region for the month of July exceeded last year’s levels by 22%.  The first time Buyers have finally entered the market and more than 43% of the reported sales were below $200,000. Year to date, as of July 31st, the average sale price for a single family residential home was $250,754 versus the $236,342 reported last year, an increase of 5.7%. Single Family Residential MLS Market Statistics Year to Date as of March 2014 – Niagara & Hamilton Boards

[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]   1st Quarter Residential Sales off to a Slow Start   The Niagara Region reported a drop of 4% in residential sales unit activity for the first 3 months of this year compared to the first quarter of 2013.  The Good news is the average sale prices have increased 6.8% overall.   The drop in sales has not affected house prices as the average selling price for the Niagara Region is $241,912 compared to the first quarter of last year when the average price was $226,577.     Home sales in the region have been soft due to the hard winter.
