Solid numbers in a busy Summer Market.

Still seeing increases in both unit sales and average sale price across the Niagara & Hamilton regions.

The Niagara Region had a total of 12% increase in unit sales, and an 9% increase in average sale price YTD for the month of July. Compared to last year, there was an 12% increase in listings in the region. Residential properties averaged 39 days on market and $328/sqft. With only 3 months of supply left, we are in a seller's market!

Hamilton, Ancaster and Stoney Creek had a total of 17% increase in unit sales, and a 5% increase in average sale price YTD for the month of July. Compared to last year, there was a 8% increase in listings in the area. Residential properties averaged 30 days on market and $442/sqft. With only 2 months of supply left, we are in a seller's market!
