Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake take the two top spots.  As someone who moved to Niagara 12 years ago, I couldn't agree more.  The cost of living is reasonable with housing prices averaging approximately $225K region wide allowing people to sell homes in more expensive areas and live in an equivalent or better home with money to spare for living.

With a non-existant rush hour, great shopping, world class wineries and golf courses in addition to easy access to airports and the US border - the Niagara Region has much to offer for a great quality of life.

Natural beauty and access to the Bruce Trail, Short Hills and canal waterways make this a region for nature lovers as well as those who crave the culture of theatre and dining.

If you would like more information about what you may be able to afford in the region, send me an email and I will be happy to assist.
