A great time was had by all at the Annual Royal Lepage Niagara Children’s Christmas Party 2013! The Smudge Fundaes were on hand to kick off the festivities with their special guest, Margie the Elf. The children were also treated to a special visit from Santa, who dropped in with a sack full of presents for all the good little girls and boys.
