The summer momentum in residential sales activity continued on for the month of August.

Over 50% of the reported units sold were in the $200,000 to $400,000 price range & 12.7% of the sales were for homes priced above $400,000.

Average sale prices year to date are up 6% for the Niagara region with Stoney Creek & Grimsby showing increases of 10% & 11.4% . Overall, a great real estate market.
