Solid numbers in a busy Summer Market. Still seeing increases in both unit sales and average sale price across the Niagara & Hamilton regions. The Niagara Region had a total of 12% increase in unit sales, and an 9% increase in average sale price YTD for the month of July. Summer is upon us and things are heating up! Increases in both unit sales and average sale price bring us into a strong summer market. April 2019 Residential Real Estate Statistics Average sale prices and total unit sales are still increasing. The numbers are in for the month of April and we are happy to announce that both unit sales and average sale price are up for all of Niagara + Dunnville and the Hamilton, Stoney Creek and Ancaster regions. Niagara + Dunnville had a 9% increase in Unit sales  and a 7% increase in average sale price over last year. March 2019 Residential Statistics First Quarter of 2019 was quiet, but still saw an increase with New Listings, Unit Sales and Average Sale Price. Niagara + Haldimand had a 3.6% increase in Unit Sales from the same time last year, and a 6.6% increase in Average Sale Price. Hamilton, Ancaster and Stoney Creek had a 7.6% increase in Unit Sales and a 4.9% increase in Average Sale Price. November 2018 Residential Statistics are in! On average, unit sales are down across the Niagara and Hamilton regions, but prices have risen ever-so slightly. With 3.3 months of inventory, we are nearing a balanced market. St Catharines had a 10.9% decrease in unit sales and a 6.3% increase in average sale price. Niagara on the Lake, Niagara Falls, Thorold, Pelham, Welland, Port Colborne, Lincoln, West Lincoln, Dunnville, Hamilton, Ancaster and Stoney Creek all had a decrease in unit sales, but increase in average sale price.
